REFUND PROCEDURE

Refund requests must be made in writing to the Club ( info@parisfc.ca ) and will be accorded as below.
DATES & FEES – The Club Executive will set Administration Fee and Cut-Off Date each year.
Refunds will be processed within 30 business days
2016 Fee Structure 
  • Administration Fee – $30 for 2016/2017
  • Cut-Off Date/Summer Season – April 15th

 

REFUND POLICY
REFUNDS – SUMMER DEVELOPMENT LEAGUE
  1. Players who withdraw from the Club prior to the “Cut-Off Date/Summer Season” will receive a full refund less Administration Fee if all equiptment is returned.
  2. Players who withdraw after the “Cut Off Date – Summer Season” but before a team’s first practice or game will receive a refund of 50% of registration fees.  {For programs where 50% is less that the Administration fee, the admin fee will be applied.]
  3. Players who withdraw after a team’s first practice or game will not receive a refund unless a waitlisted player is available to fill the vacated spot. A refund of 50% of registration fees will be given if a waitlisted player is available.
 
REFUNDS – COMPETITIVE LEAGUE
  • Players who withdraw from the Club:
    1. Prior to the first training session for their team will be assessed the Administrative Fee, with the balance of registration fees returned.

 

  • If a player is offered and accepts a place on a team and chooses to withdraw, then 50% of fees will be returned, and Administration Fee will be waived.
 
REFUNDS – WINTER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
  1. Players who withdraw from the Club prior to the “Cut-Off Date 14 days prior to start of program – Winter Season” will be assessed the Administrative Fee with the balance refunded.
  2. Players who withdraw after the “Cut-Off Date – Winter Season” will not receive a refund.
 
REFUNDS – SEASON ENDING INJURY
In the event a player suffers a season ending injury while participating in a sanctioned Paris FC activity, an application for a refund may be made. This application must be in writing (email is fine) and accompanied by an accident report from the coach and a note from the attending physician. The amount of the refund will be pro-rated as follows:

(a) Refund Base = Registration Fees LESS:
1. OSA/HDSA Registration Fee (if charged)
2. Administrative Fee

(b) Refund = Refund Base (above) at the following rates:
75% up to 31 May
50% 1-30 June
No refund after 1st July

(c) Any amounts owed to the Club (e.g. for previous registrations, unpaid fines) will be subtracted from the refund before it is paid.
